Weekend Reflections

Park Avenue reflected in the façade of the

Waldorf Astoria Hotel, where the
president stays when he's in town—also
a fun place to cut through when
it's very cold or rainy (or if you're looking
for a high-class public loo).

  1. Oh, a reflection. With the cars driving on the left, the flowering trees and the American flags, I thought maybe it was Tokyo preparing for Obama’s visit. I was relieved to see that just one guy walking like a zombie doesn’t make it an apocalypse.

Can’t help feeling that the closest I’ll ever be to getting into the Waldorf would be like here.

  2. Cool reflection! I've cut through The Waldorf a few times and I usually make a "pit stop" too. :-)
